hoppit ("hoppit", "we", "us") is a social habit-challenge app operated by an individual based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — consistent with Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Service providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate hoppit — for example, cloud hosting and databases, media storage and content delivery, push-notification delivery, sign-in, and email delivery. They may process your information only as needed to provide these services to us, and some may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), authenticated access, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

hoppit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account controls or email support@hoppit.app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
